Venue accessibility information
The M&S Bank Arena has excellent facilities for those with accessibility requirements. You can review the venue and facilities in detailed Access Able guides and the wider city offers a range of accessible travel and accommodation options.

Once you arrive at the venue, motorised scooters are permitted in public areas of the Arena and are also available to hire – please email GuestRelations@ACCLiverpool.com for more details. The Box Office has purpose-built low-level counters and a hearing assistance system on counters marked with the international symbol of deafness or hard of hearing and full details of the accessible facilities at the M&S Bank Arena are available here

Travel
‘Pay and Display’ accessible parking bays are available in the on-site Kings Dock Car Park (see “travelling by car” for directions, or use ‘that.having.spoon’ on What3Words) and free blue badge spaces are available on-street around Liverpool; take a look here to find out where.
A vehicle drop-off and pick-up point (including for taxis) is available on Monarchs Quay, which is a short distance from the M&S Bank Arena and staff will be on hand to assist, check our map of the local area for more details.
If travelling by train , there is a well-signed taxi pick-up/drop-off available at either end of the Liverpool Lime Street station building, and the taxi drop-off and pick-up point at the M&S Bank Arena is a short distance to the entrance. Or if you are able, the Arena is a well-signed one-mile walk from the station, with level-access pavements and crossings at every point. Check our map of the local area for more details.
All buses dropping in Merseyside are accessible and specifically designed for wheelchair users, older passengers, and parents with buggies and small children. Spectator areas
All spectator concourses within the venue are on the same level, with level access from outside areas onto the concourse, and then access into the accessible seating bays. There are 7 accessible toilets are available throughout the arena.

A changing places room is available next door in ACC Liverpool, and stewards will be able to help you access this facility.

Accessibility in accredited areas
We have worked hard to ensure anyone with access requirements is able to attend the event in any capacity. Hospitality, team areas, media areas and all areas in which volunteers are present are all accessible, provided you have the appropriate accreditation to gain access.
