  • When will tickets go on sale?
    We can’t wait to welcome you to the World Boxing Championships at the M&S Bank Arena, Liverpool in September 2025. Tickets will be released in two phases : Phase 1: The World Boxing Championships community will have exclusive presale access from 11:00am on Monday 28 April 2025. Register your interest here for access to news, updates, and the opportunity to purchase tickets before they go on general sale. Phase 2: Tickets will be released for general sale at 11:00am on Wednesday 30 April 2025.
  • How much do tickets cost?
    A range of tickets are available for the World Boxing Championships including: General admission tickets for Preliminary sessions Category A, B, C tickets for Semi Finals and Finals sessions Ticket prices start from just £15 for Adults and £5 for Concessions. A full list of ticket prices is available here and all prices include booking fees. All orders are subject to a one-off £2.95 processing fee, regardless of the number of tickets ordered.
  • Which session is my favourite team /nation / boxer competing in?
    The tournament follows a simple knockout format, with a competition draw deciding the pathways to the final for each boxer in their respective weight category. The draw will take place in early September and more information will be added to the World Boxing Championships competition schedule in due course.
  • Are there reduced prices for children?
    Children aged 16 or under on the date they are scheduled to attend the event are eligible for a concession ticket at a reduced rate. Concession ticket prices start from just £5 for Preliminary rounds, £7.50 for Semi Finals and £10 for Finals. A full list of ticket prices is available here and all prices include booking fees. All orders are subject to a one-off £2.95 processing fee, regardless of the number of tickets ordered. All children under 14 on the date they attend the event must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Children under two years old on the date they attend the event do not need a ticket, unless they require their own seat. Proof of eligibility may be requested when you attend the event.
  • Are concession tickets available?
    Concession tickets are available for: Students OAPs aged 65+ on the day they are scheduled to attend the event Those in receipt of benefits on the day they are scheduled to attend the event Children aged 16 or under on the day they are scheduled to attend the event Concession ticket prices start from just £5 for Preliminary rounds, £7.50 for Semi Finals and £10 for Finals.   • Are accessible tickets available?
    M&S Bank Arena Liverpool is a fully accessible venue and detailed AccessAble guides are available here We are happy to offer Nimbus Access Card holders a complimentary ticket if you require a companion to accompany you – more information about the scheme and registration process can be found here. To book your tickets, or for more information about accessible bookings, you can contact the Customer Care team on (+44) 0344 335 0437, lines are open Monday to Friday, from 09:00 – 17:00 (excluding bank holidays). Proof of eligibility may be requested when attending the event.
  • How many tickets can I buy?
    Subject to availability, customers may purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per session, per billing address online and it is possible to secure up to 10 tickets for multiple sessions within the same transaction. Boxing clubs, groups and schools who wish to purchase more than 10 tickets per session may contact our authorised retailer Ticket Quarter on (+44) 0344 561 7672. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 09:00 – 17:00 (excluding Bank Holidays). Alternatively, please email groups@ticketquarter.co.uk . Details of your organisation will be required to process your booking, and all group bookings are eligible to buy 10 tickets, get one free.     If you are planning to attend as a boxing club, school or group and want to buy more than 10 tickets per session you can book directly with our official ticket retailer Ticket Quarter on (+44) 0344 561 7672.   • Why do I have to pay an order processing fee?
    The one-off £2.95 processing fee per order is set by our official ticket retailers and covers the cost of generating and dispatching your tickets. If your contact details change before you receive your tickets, please contact your retailer to update your information.
  • What does general admission mean?
    Preliminary sessions offer General Admission seating – this means that spectators may choose their preferred seat location on a first come, first-served basis.
  • Where are the seat locations?
    World Boxing Championships spectator seating is located in the M&S Bank Arena seating bowl – seating maps are available here. The M&S Bank Arena floor is reserved for competing boxers and sports personnel. Seat locations for General Admission (Preliminary) sessions are offered on a first come, first served basis. Seat locations for Semi Final and Final sessions will be confirmed during the ticket booking process and noted on your ticket.
  • Is ringside seating available?
    World Boxing Championships spectator seating is located in the M&S Bank Arena seating bowl – seating maps are available here. The M&S Bank Arena floor is reserved for competing boxers and sports personnel. Seat locations for General Admission (Preliminary) sessions are offered on a first come, first served basis. Seat locations for Semi Final and Final sessions will be confirmed during the ticket booking process and noted on your ticket.
  • Is hospitality available?
    World Boxing Championships, Liverpool 2025 are not currently planning to offer official spectator hospitality options, however, a range of concessions offering a variety of food and drink are available in the M&S Bank Arena – more information is available here.
  • Why can’t I pick my seat?
    If you wish to purchase tickets for a specific seat within the Arena, please contact Ticket Quarter directly on 0344 8000 400. Phone lines are open Monday – Friday from 09:00 – 17:00 (excluding bank holidays).
  • When will I receive my tickets?
    World Boxing Championships tickets will be distributed to customers in late summer 2025 and you can expect to receive pre-booked tickets no later than 7 days before the event you are scheduled to attend. If your contact details change before you receive your tickets, please contact your retailer to update your information and always check your tickets as soon as you receive them - mistakes cannot always be rectified.
  • Can I get paper tickets?
    In the interests of sustainability, all World Boxing Championships tickets are “Print at Home” E-Tickets, sent to you via email as a PDF attachment. Spectators can choose if they wish to physically print their tickets, or simply open and show the attachment from their electronic device (phone or tablet) on entry. Spectators are advised to make sure their device is fully charged before attending the event and if you experience any issues, the World Boxing Championships team will be onsite at the Box Office to assist.
  • Am I able to get a refund if I can no longer attend?
    Customers who can no longer attend the event are invited to use the official World Boxing Championships ethical ticket resale platform Twickets . All bookings are subject to the World Boxing Championships ticketing terms and conditions, spectator regulations, and the terms and conditions of the ticketing service provider with whom you processed your booking.
  • Can I leave and re-enter the M&S Bank Arena?
    World Boxing Championships, Liverpool 2025 are happy to offer a re-entry policy. Spectators are required to present their ticket for scanning when they leave and re-enter a competition session for safety and capacity monitoring purposes.
  • Can I smoke or vape in the M&S Bank Arena?
    The M&S Bank Arena, Liverpool is a strictly non-smoking venue. Spectators who wish to smoke or vape are invited to exit the venue and use the dedicated outdoor smoking area.
